Spinach pie was a staple in our home growing up. It's the manner by which our mother got us to eat spinach — and we LOVED it. What's not to adore about cheddar on cheddar with spinach?!
What's more, this formula is super, overly simple! That is to say, it's not even extremely a formula. I have no clue where my mother got the formula (there must be one, she doesn't not utilize plans!), yet it was 'on the normal' in my home growing up. Since we are grown-ups, despite everything we demand this!
This very simple keto Spinach pie formula is loaded up with healthy curds and cancer prevention agent rich spinach. Serves well in favor of flame broiled chicken, or a simple breakfast prepare.

This low carb, keto friendly recipe is filled with protein packed cottage cheese and eggs, with rich antioxidant spinach. Definitely a winner!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 boxes frozen, chopped spinach
- 1, 16 ounce container of cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 375˚
- Squeeze water from thawed chopped spinach.
- In large mixing bowl, combine spinach, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, and salt & pepper.
- Pour into baking dish (8×8 works well!) and bake 30 minutes at 375˚, or until set in the center and golden brown on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
